On this special tour, you will experience shepherding with Willie Drahan of Comeragh Mountain Lamb and visit a sustainable farm with Clotilde Kiely at Comeragh Mountain Farm, where you will discover the care and craft behind local produce. Explore the forest on a foraging walk at Crough Woods with one of Ireland’s leading foraging experts, Andrew Malcolm, and enjoy a delicious lunch at Cooney’s Yard, a charming, converted farm building.
