Coastguard Cultural Centre
Nestled on the stunning clifftops of Waterford, the Coastguard Cultural Centre Tramore is a truly unique destination where history, culture, and community come together. Located in a beautifully restored former Coast Guard Station, the centre overlooks the breathtaking Tramore Bay, providing visitors with sweeping views and a remarkable setting. The building, which was inaugurated in 1874, received a Blue Plaque from the Waterford Civic Trust in recognition of its 150th anniversary in 2024. Breakfast is available from 9:00 and lunch is served daily from 12:00 to 15:30, making it the perfect spot to savour local flavours as you soak up the stunning surroundings. Coffee and cakes are available from our outdoor hatch to consume in our garden and enjoy the views.
