Now they want to share that experience and provide something fast and always delicious for the locals, tourists and outdoor enthusiasts right at the end of the Waterford Greenway. Their food is prepared daily using the freshest ingredients they can get their hands on with the goal to focus on flavour and freshness. Eunice Power, the owner of AndChips, tries all the recipes herself and she is committed to bringing only the best food to the market. Burzza is a casual restaurant in the heart of Waterford city serving Neapolitan wood fired pizza, proper burgers & bits n’ pieces, craft beers, and funky wines. Pizzas are made from fine organic Italian flour, fresh yeast, and slow proving dough, made in house, traditionally formed, and cooked Neapolitan style in their traditional woodfired oven. Burgers are made daily to a secret recipe by Tom Kearney, using the finest meat & nothing else, served in a fresh brioche bun and with skinny fries and a smile in a comfortable environment.

Merry’s Gastro Pub in Dungarvan is just a short cycle from the wonderful Waterford Greenway and boasts a full menu of delicious food including the famous Fungarvan Burger and the Dungarvan Brewing Company beer battered cod. Located in the Culinary Georgian quarter of Dungarvan, the restaurant is housed in a historic 150 year old building with two open fires, a few secret snugs, a range of home brand alcohol and spirits and live music every weekend.
