Vitamin Sea Festival

Set along the stunning coastline of Tramore, the Vitamin Sea Festival is a vibrant celebration of food, adventure, creativity, and community. Bringing together the best of seaside living, this annual event invites visitors to experience Tramore in a fresh and exciting way. The 2026 festival will take place from 19th–21st June.

Flavour by the Sea

Food is at the heart of the festival, with a series of gourmet experiences including seaside pop-ups, local restaurant takeovers, and hands-on workshops. From sushi-making to foraging and fermentation demos, there are plenty of opportunities to discover new flavours and connect with Waterford’s thriving food scene.

Adventure & Wellness

Embrace the outdoors with a range of coastal activities designed to energise and inspire. Enjoy sunrise paddleboarding sessions paired with breakfast, beach yoga and fitness classes, nature walks, and even a sauna by the sea, all set against Tramore’s breathtaking backdrop.

Arts, Music & Tradition

The festival also celebrates creativity and local heritage, with live music, craft workshops, and historical walking tours. A highlight of the weekend is the enchanting “Molly Doll to Sea” ceremony, a long-standing tradition marking the end of the swimming season.
