In January 2019 all the hotels public areas underwent a complete facelift. The hotel now boasts a spectacular lobby area with an impressive atrium overlooking Reginald’s Tower. All floors of the hotel have now been upgraded to a 4-star standard.
All existing bedrooms are re-furbished and upgraded with a completely new top floor where many rooms are equipped with air conditioning and balconies for guests to take in the stunning views of Waterford city. All rooms are of a 4-star deluxe standard with king deluxe rooms, twin and family rooms, riverside deluxe rooms and suites.
