Dooley’s Hotel is a Third Generation, family owned and managed Waterford Landmark Hotel. Located on the historic Merchants Quayside, overlooking the River Suir with the Shopping, tourist attractions, including the Museum Quarter and Waterford Greenway entrance and business districts just a stone’s throw away.
The Darrer Family has welcomed guests to Waterford since 1947. Over the years the hotel has flourished and expanded to include 112 Bedrooms, a large Conference and banqueting suite which provides a first choice location for Corporate and Leisure stays, Conferences, Weddings or simply a refreshing short break away. Dooley’s Hotel was the recipient of Ireland’s Best 3 star Hotel Award in the CIE International Tours Awards of Excellence 2018 and 2022 which was voted for by their guests.
Dooley’s Hotel is proud to feature and design menus using local produce and is proud to support local suppliers. The Dry Dock Bar at Dooley’s Hotel is a popular meeting place with locals and visitors to meet up for a casual coffee or drink, with food served from 9am to 9.30pm daily. Live music in the bar every weekend and six nights a week May to September
The elegant New Ship Restaurant is an ideal location to relax and enjoy a great meal from extensive menus filled with locally sourced produce and a wine list to match. Open daily from 6pm, offering Early Bird or Al La Carte menus
