In the centre of Waterford City, Bodega Restaurant serves modern bistro style food cooked with local artisan seasonal produce. We make use of Waterford's world class produce from farmer to fork, local beef, organic pork, free range chicken, fresh seafood & the famous "blaa" from the baker 500 meters away. With local man Jamie Dowling cooking up a storm & restaurant manager Aneta front of house, they hope to provide an experience to remember!
