Taste Waterford Talks & Demos

Taste Waterford has launched its full day of fascinating demos at the Waterford Festival of Food, sponsored by The Country Store.

There’ll be something for everyone – expert cake making, a food and wellness insight, celebrated producers collaborating on exciting dishes, a feel-good factor recipe, and a trio of West Waterford drink producers all under one roof!

See cooking demos, hear food stories, enjoy a Q&A, and try delicious tastings with our members and guests – an unforgettable experience celebrating Co. Waterford’s food and drink.

 They’re located at The Courthouse, Dungarvan – Sunday 26 April, 11.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Event Schedule:

• 11 am: Zsofia Turmezei – Sophie’s Taste Creations
• 12 pm: Claire O’Sullivan – Crough Wood Wellness
• 1 pm: Paul Ryan of Barefoot Farm, collaborating with Jenny Flynn of Faithlegg
• 2 pm: Krisztina and Wayne Halloran – The Olive Café
• 3 pm: Cormac O’Dwyer and Katrina Murphy – Dungarvan Brewing Company, Liam McDonnell – Legacy Irish Cider, and Blackwater Distillery
• 4 pm: Judit McNally of Cocoa by Judit collaborating with Mary O’Sullivan of Beara Bitters
