Qi Flow Movement Experience at the Chinese Pagoda

Experience a gentle Qi Flow movement session in the peaceful surroundings of Mount Congreve Gardens this Heritage Week.

Led by Hellen Kang-Griffith, this mindful outdoor session is inspired by the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong, combining gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques to help restore balance, release tension, and reconnect body and mind.

Set amongst the beauty of Mount Congreve Gardens, each session will conclude with a walk through the gardens to the hidden Chinese Pagoda, where participants will be introduced to the history and significance of this remarkable structure.

No previous experience is necessary, and the session is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Your ticket includes complimentary admission to Mount Congreve Gardens, a 75-minute Qi Flow Movement session, and an introduction to the history and significance of the Pagoda as part of Heritage Week.

This event takes place on Wednesday, 19th August, with two sessions available: a morning session from 11 am to 12.15 pm and an afternoon session from 2 pm to 3.15 pm. Admission is free of charge, but booking is essential as each session is limited to a maximum of 30 participants.

Please note, this is an outdoor event, weather permitting, so comfortable clothing and flat footwear suitable for walking on garden paths are recommended. Participants may also wish to bring a light jacket and a water bottle.

Places are limited, so early booking is strongly recommended.
