Out of Storage: Maritime Objects from the Collection
Join curator Donnchadh Ó Ceallacháin for a rare opportunity to see maritime objects from the Waterford Treasures collection that are not usually available to view. Get up close to these fascinating artefacts as Donnchadh explores their use, construction and storied histories.
Waterford Treasures has partnered with the Port of Waterford to create a permanent maritime gallery, celebrating Waterford’s long history as a port city. This special 90-minute event takes place in the Garden Room of the Medieval Museum on Tuesday, 18th August at 6 pm.
Tickets are free in support of National Heritage Week, but capacity is limited.
