Children’s Christmas Trail at Waterford Treasures
Discover the origins of some of the best-loved Christmas traditions with the Children’s Christmas Trail at Waterford Treasures, a festive family activity running from 13th of November until the 24th of December 2026.
Beginning at the Medieval Museum, families can explore Waterford’s award-winning museums while solving Christmas clues and completing the seasonal trail along the way.
Designed for children of all ages, the trail offers a fun and engaging way to discover the stories behind Christmas traditions while exploring Waterford’s fascinating heritage. Complete the trail, and there may even be a special prize waiting at the end!
The Children’s Christmas Trail is available as part of the Freedom Pass. Children under 16 enjoy free admission but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
