Blaa Shack at GROW HQ

Make the most of summer evenings in Waterford with the new Blaa Shack at GROW HQ, open on the garden terrace from 4 pm to 8 pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout July and August.

Bringing together live music, local produce, and a very Waterford take on summer dining, the Blaa Shack menu celebrates the much-loved blaa with a seasonal GROW HQ twist. Enjoy mini blaa sliders served on Walsh’s Blass, baked right here in Waterford, with fillings including GIY Farm pulled pork, deep-fried Irish shrimp, slow-cooked beef brisket and a garden blaa with crispy HQ courgette, ricotta, and carrot top pumpkin seed pesto.

There’s plenty to enjoy alongside the blaas too, from seasonal salad, GROW HQ slaw and triple-cooked chips to churros, Wexford ice cream and summer drinks including the GROW HQ Organix Spritz. With food, drinks, music, and the relaxed surroundings of the gardens, it’s a lovely way to ease into a summer evening in Waterford.
