Trade Coffee is a speciality coffee shop and barista training space located at 112 The Quay in Waterford City.

From filter coffee to flat whites, cappuccinos to cortados, mochas to macchiators, Trade is all about great coffee served with skill, passion, and plenty of experience. Whether you want to sit in, enjoy a coffee outside, or grab something to go, Trade offers expertly made espresso and filter coffee, speciality teas, small bites, pastries, and bakes.

Alongside its coffee shop offering, Trade also runs a range of in-house barista training courses for individuals and groups. With courses available from beginner to professional level, the training is suitable for those already working in the coffee trade as well as those looking to get started.

With more than 20 years of experience across the coffee industry, Trade brings a wealth of knowledge to everything it does. From working as baristas in Sydney to running coffee stalls at farmers markets, serving at major events and festivals, visting coffee origins in Africa and South America, and attending coffee festivals across Europe, the team at Trade has built a deep connection to the world of coffee.
