The Children’s Viking Tour, held every Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm at The Viking House, offers a fun and immersive 40-minute experience for families to explore Ireland’s oldest city through its Viking past. Children receive a toy sword and embark on an adventure filled with thrilling stories of Viking battles, sea voyages, and kings, visiting highlights like a 40-foot replica Viking longboat. Tickets are €9.50 per person for adults and children (under 5s free), with a family ticket (2 adults & 2 children) available for €35; additional toy swords can be purchased for €3.50. Perfect for young adventurers, this tour lets kids live history in an engaging outdoor setting.
