Celebrate the festive season in the heart of Waterford with The Reg’s Christmas Set Menu, available from Friday, 20th November 2026.

Perfect for everything from family get-togethers to larger staff parties, the menu brings together a selection of festive favourites across three courses. Starters include options such as parsnip soup with Guinness and walnut bread, smoked salmon salad, crispy ham hock croquettes and goat’s cheese crostini, followed by mains including roast turkey and ham, baked cod, chestnut mushroom Wellington and beef featherblade.

Finish with a festive dessert of Baileys and white chocolate cheesecake for a classic Christmas treat.

The full three-course Christmas menu is priced at €47 per person, with a discounted festive lunch menu available for €38 per person when booked in advance.
