Fangs & Fables
Step inside a real Viking house in the heart of Ireland’s oldest city this Halloween for Fangs & Fables, a spooky storytelling experience inspired by Irish and Norse mythology.
Meet Raghnailt, a medieval vampire, and Ulfr, a Viking werewolf, as they battle it out to decide who is the greatest storyteller — and whose sagas are the scariest.
From the legendary Cú Chulainn to fearsome sea monsters from Norse mythology, families will uncover strange, mysterious and spine-chilling tales from the past.
Along the way, visitors will have the chance to handle fascinating relics, wield fearsome weapons and even try playing an enchanted harp to lull the werewolf to sleep.
Taking place during the October midterm break, Fangs & Fables is a fun and atmospheric Halloween experience for families looking to discover the darker side of Waterford’s Viking past.
