When Ireland Rocked at The Haven
Celebrate the golden era of Irish rock as When Ireland Rocked comes to The Haven in Dunmore East on Saturday, 27th of February, 2027.
The show looks back at the musical revolution that swept through Ireland during the late 1960s, ’70s and ’80s, when a new generation of electric guitar-driven music helped put Irish rock on the international stage. Paying tribute to the bands, muscians, and songs that defined the era, When Ireland Rocked celebrates the lasting influence of Irish rock music at home and around the world.
The line-up features acclaimed guitarist and fiddle player Pat McManus, formerly of Mama’s Boys and Celtus, alongside Cormac Neeson of The Answer on vocals and a supporting cast of accomplished Irish musicians.
Expect a night of classic songs, outstanding musicianship, and a celebration of the artists who helped shape one of the most exciting periods in Irish music history.
Bus transport back to Waterford City can be added when purchasing your ticket.
