Waterford Wall Walk
Join curators Clíona Purcell and Donnchadh Ó Ceallacháin for a special Heritage Week walking tour along the loop of Waterford’s defensive city walls. Learn about the walls and towers that protected the city for centuries and discover where they remain hidden in plain sight throughout modern Waterford.
The two-hour tour takes place on Sunday, 23rd August at 2.30 pm, meeting at the Medieval Museum. Please note that this is a moderate walking route.
Tickets are free in support of National Heritage Week, but availability is limited, so prebooking is recommended.
