Creative Workshops & Art Experiences at The Art Hand
Discover creativity on the Copper Coast at The Art Hand, an artist-run studio and gallery perched along the cliffs of the Copper Coast UNESCO Global Geopark.
Run by artists Miranda Corcoran and Sean Corcoran, The Art Hand is both a working studio and a welcoming creative space where visitors can browse original artworks, prints, and handmade pieces inspired by the surrounding coastline and landscape. Visitors are welcome to drop in and experience the space, meet the artists, and soak up the creative atmosphere.
Alongside the gallery, Miranda regularly hosts relaxed small-group creative experiences, including Let’s Make a Light Catcher, Coffee + Canvas + Cake, Flowers of the Copper Coast, Friday Art Club, and canvas painting workshops. These hands-on sessions invite visitors to slow down, get creative, and connect with the beauty of the Copper Coast through art and colour.
Sean also hosts unique sand art experiences at nearby Kilmurrin Cove, creating large-scale artworks directly on the beach in a mindful celebration of nature and impermanence.
Whether you’re looking for a creative workshop, a unique rainy-day activity, or simply somewhere inspiring to visit along the Copper Coast, The Art Hand offers a memorable artistic experience for visitors of all ages.
