Comeraghs Wild Festival

Celebrate the very best of the outdoors at the Comeraghs Wild Festival, an authentic and family-friendly celebration set in and around the stunning Comeragh Mountains from 9th to 12th July 2026.

Showcasing the unique landscape, rich culture and strong sense of community that define the region, this much-loved festival brings together a vibrant mix of music, adventure and local experiences — all set against one of Ireland’s most breathtaking natural backdrops.

A standout weekend of live entertainment awaits, with headline events including a night of comedy with Bernard Casey in Rathgormack, a lively outdoor concert featuring Ruaile Buaile and The Frank & Walters at Cooney’s Yard, a special Sunday afternoon performance from Duke Special in Clonegam, and an atmospheric evening of song and storytelling with The Backyard Band and White Horse Guitar Club in the walled garden at Woodhouse Estate.

Throughout the weekend, the festival also partners with local favourites including The Nire Valley Drop, The Comeragh Crossing and The Comeragh Motor Club, bringing an exciting programme of outdoor and community-led events to the mountains.

Whether you’re drawn by the music, the scenery or the sense of adventure, the Comeraghs Wild Festival offers something for everyone — from families and outdoor enthusiasts to those simply looking to soak up the atmosphere.

Be sure to keep an eye out for the full programme of events, with even more experiences set to be announced.
