Food Sparks: Developing Food Business through Collaboration

Facilitated by Peaches Kemp, this symposium explores how food producers can work closely with SETU’s Department of Land Sciences, Department of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism and Dungarvan Enterprise Centre to grow their business through research, innovation and talent development.
It offers food producers, tourism providers and enterprise development agencies insights into new ways that SETU can support them to future-proof and supercharge their business growth and development. Bord Bia and Fáilte Ireland will offer snapshots of developments in food and agritourism experiences. Participants will have the chance to meet with SETU staff, regional food producers and enterprise development agencies.
