Head Chef Jean-Baptiste (JB) Dubois focuses on celebrating seasonal, homegrown produce, and whenever possible, he and his team incorporate fruits, vegetables, and herbs from Mount Congreve’s own Kitchen Gardens. Our welcoming café is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends, or just sit & watch the world go by.
