Comhlucht Forbartha na nDéise

Comhlucht Forbartha na nDéise is a community and language development organisation dedicated to promoting and supporting the Irish language and enhancing community facilities in Gaeltacht na nDéise, located in County Waterford, Ireland. Established in 2005, its mission is to strengthen the Irish-speaking communities of An Rinn and An Sean Phobal by fostering social, cultural, and economic development. Gaeltacht na nDéise encompasses two parishes—An Rinn and An Sean Phobal—situated in the scenic south-east of Ireland. This small Gaeltacht area is home to over 2,000 residents who are deeply committed to preserving and promoting the Irish language, traditional music, and culture. The region boasts a unique Irish dialect and is renowned for its vibrant sean-nós (traditional) singing and music.
