Did You Know?

Traditional seaweed baths in Ireland date back to the 19th century and are renowned for their therapeutic benefits. The baths use freshly harvested brown seaweed, such as Fucus serratus or Laminaria digitata, which release natural oils rich in iodine, minerals, and antioxidants. These baths are believed to aid circulation, skin conditions, and joint pain, and were especially popular in seaside towns.
