Jack has been awarded 'Best Tour Feature' by CIE International Awards of Excellence in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005 and a Special Merit Award 2007. He also won a Bord Fáilte Irish Welcome Award in 2002. In March 2001 he won Jury's Hotel Achievement Award.
