Here’s a great opportunity to Oysters – at the Interlude Restaurant Oyster Bar, on a Tuesday night only as part of Taste the Island.

Each Tuesday night from 6.30 Susan Denn and her team will showcase Harty Oysters, grown locally in Dungarvan Bay, she could point to the location from outside her front door!

How do you like to each your Oysters?

– Au natural .. simply with lemon
– Tempura with Dungarvan brewery ale batter and wild garlic aioli .
– Oyster Bloody Mary with Blackwater gin .

All served with The Sea Gardener soda bread

And if you can’t decide they have a mixed oyster platter for you – with 2 of everything!
