Enjoy your break away in Dungarvan even more this January, by joining in on one of the Tannery’s famous Cookery School Dinners.  Here Paul Flynn, chef and sometimes entertainer will cook his typically flavour driven food for limited numbers who will dine together at shared tables. So good company to go with the great flavours!

Spaces available on January 17th and 18th and 24th and 25th

And now the Menu:

Warm Gubbeen chorizo , butterbean hummus and rosemary , Seagull bakery sourdough
Potted Smoked haddock cream , pickled beetroot , spiced sunflower seeds
Melting ox cheek, sherry braised cabbage and mashed winter veg with brown
Bay Poached pear , chocolate crumble , soft cream.

Including an overnight stay with breakfast and a glass of champagne on arrival School Dinners are available for €150 per person sharing.
