The Tannery Restaurant and Townhouse have created a special menu, just because… well it’s the first Thursday of the month guys!
They recommend that staying over in their townhouse combines beautifully with this menu.
First Thursday – 5th December
Cream of mushroom soup, sticky beef
Smoked haddock croquettes, coddled egg , ras al hanout and raisins
Porchetta , Sherry creamed sprouts , pork fat potatoes
Pear tarte tatin , honeycomb cream
Bleu d’Auvergne cheesecake cream, roasted quince, rye cracker.
First Thursday menu only – €45
First Thursday dinner and overnight including full breakfast – €110 per person sharing
